TabSquare just organised its second Knowledge Series on 27 April in Bangkok Jam, Great World City.  The event was attended by more than 10 F&B invitees, some of them from major restaurant chains and it was a great platform for all present to network and mingle casually, while sharing the current challenges in the F&B Industry and how technology adoption can help them fight the stormy weather.

As an industry leader, once again, TabSquare shared some knowledge on the current market reality and potential in the F&B Industry.  TabSquare Merchant Success Specialist went on to present how menu engineering, data-driven up sell and cross-sell in the e-Menu Solution can help increase in average check.

This time around, we were privileged to have Ms Bonnie Wong, Director of Marketing and Business Development of Creative Eateries as our special guest speaker.  Ms Bonnie Wong shared how embracing technology had helped her chain of restaurants under Creative Eateries streamline operations whilst working with bare minimum service staff and how data-driven upsell and cross sell drove the average check.  

During the event, attendees were treated to a variety of delectable Thai delicacies in Bangkok Jam and had first-hand experience ordering from the eMenu tablet.  In addition to the knowledge gained, our attendees had a great time interacting with one another and also with the employees of TabSquare.

All in all, everyone had fun and left with a big smile at the end of the day!
