TabSquare SmartTab now live even in Sabah, Malaysia! Seoul Garden Sdn Bhd is a part of Zingrill holdings Singapore which runs Seoul Garden Restaurants in Singapore and uses TabSquare SmartTab in all their restaurants in Singapore.

Troubled with quality of staff, high attrition and language barriers, Seoul Garden Sdn Bhd decided to adopt TabSquare SmartTab even for its restaurants in Malaysia given the improvement in customer satisfaction and service levels they had observed in their outlets in Singapore after the implementation of TabSquare SmartTab. Not to mention higher revenues driven by data-driven algorithms which can cross-sell, upsell based on customer behaviour!

Thank you Seoul Garden for giving us this opportunity! Malaysia is now the fourth country that Tabsquare operates in, after Singapore, Australia and Malaysia and 2nd country to be added in the quarter!

TabSquare shares on the next generation of Smart Restaurants at Samsung-SGInnovate Event

Samsung, in collaboration with SGInnovate, have organised an event on 19 August, which aims to inspire startups, technopreneurs and SMEs to accelerate and enhance their role in Singapore’s Smart Nation, as they march towards digitalization. In this event, TabSquare was invited to share and present how the next generation of Smart Restaurants are created and how our partnership with Samsung has helped to ensure the delivery of quality, durable products and highly secured technology to customers.  The event was attended by over 100 attendees and marked yet another great knowledge-sharing session by industry leaders.

An interesting and eventful afternoon with TabSquare during Knowledge Series Event

Due to increased demand, TabSquare once again ran its fourth F&B Knowledge Series on 31 July 2017 in Seoul Garden HotPot, City Square Mall, in collaboration with PayPal, their payment solution partner.  It was a relaxed yet interesting afternoon of networking, sharing F&B-related topics - how challenges can be overcome and other success stories with fellow attendees from the F&B Industry.  TabSquare’s merchant success team did a great job in sharing how technology adoption and Data Analytics optimization can help boost sales!

TabSquare Director too demonstrated and explained how restaurateurs can leverage pay-at-the-table solution for in-restaurant dining where restaurant patrons can conveniently view bill, make payment directly and get their receipt emailed to them, in just minutes through PayPal payment solution.

All in all, it was really eventful and had been a fun afternoon.
