The Role

We are looking for an energetic an energetic, determined Business Development Executive who not only understands what it takes to drive great relationships, but wants to have a major impact on our company and our Clients! The Business Development Executive is responsible for acquiring new Clients within Singapore. This person will report to the Director & Co-founder, Sales & Partnerships.

Key responsibilities

  • Growing and developing existing client base, focus being on generating new business.

  • Develop plans to acquire new business through direct sales techniques [Cold calling, and business to business marketing visits ]

  • Key interface between the customer and TabSquare.
  • Market and develop sales pitches for different client segments

  • Generate sales forecast and develop sales strategies & plans

  • Attend trade shows and product launches, as required.

  • Periodically update sales activities in TabSquare’s CRM database.

Requirements

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome

  • Self-directed / self-starter – able to take initiative to establish new contacts, leads and seek support needed

  • Excellent Negotiation & Presentation Skills

  • Resilience, and a “Can Do” attitude

  • Accountable – follows-through or follows-up on all commitments.

  • Experience in the sales of IT software solutions is desirable but not essential.
